Gilbert will continue. Warrior.
Kinda stupid imho (from UCI/Team/ASO part)
Even NFL has more strict medical protocol than pro cycling nowadays
Not while ago they've put a guy with apparent concussion back on the bike, jeeez.
It may have looked spectacular but zero damage to the head? They didn't stop hardly anyone on the Roubaix stage

The way he fell looked like a somewhat controlled fall. Nothing too bad I guess, although it looked dramatic

Looks like Demare give up, he is no longer in the dropped riders list on the live ticker

Edit: Actually he's back now
Even if he survives today, he can't survive tomorrow.
Gonna be lots of casualties tomorrow

there'll be an extended time cut of 25% though. So more than half an hour for a 2 hour something stage, which should be fine for the most

Peloton on a Sunday stroll?

Absolutely no reason to chase at this point. Sky just have to wait for an attack, which may or may not come.

On another note, Barguil sure has disappointed this year. Like Quintana, he's not the same rider. (or maybe he's the rider he always was, and last year was an anomaly)
