You've got to be kidding! Some riders wait and wait for opportunities and some riders like Nibali take chances and make their own opportunities. He races the entire season and competes in those events. He's not coasting around in the peloton getting in training miles like so many of his contemporaries. He's not a blow you away talent but he has a huge heart with good tactical sense and makes the most of his abilities.
