it's a shame he's not in the giro. would've save sky GC ambitions.
No way, Kennaugh, Nieve, or Poels would. They are higher/better in Sky pecking order.
Edit: I forgot Roche, he too is better then König.

No answer? Ok, so much for you DBotero. Some are agressive openly in reaction to someone, some are agressive passively and that's your case.

WOW, agressive passivity, what's next - terrorizing lurking?
Never heard about someone acting passively agressive? :)

Doch, but I find it total hysterical from you, let us rather talk about cycling ;)
It's accurate. I'd have to become someone else, I'd have to become something else to be hysterical :)

Great news, finally. I think Sky regrets not having him oh Giro roster at the moment.

He wasn't fit! U can't take a rider with no form
That one can't ride Grand Tour when he isn't able to ride a bike is obviuos  . I meant they would better have him in Giro than not. I don't know if you will understand the way I mean it, though.

"I just want to do my best and enjoy every single stage and race. I don't really know what goals I can set myself. I have a few things in my mind, but hopefully I can help G have a really good Tour de Suisse, then it's the national championships, hopefully the Tour of Poland and the Olympics, then it's the Vuelta a Espana - so there's a lot ahead.

It seems you're right, no Tour for him indeed. It should be good to see him target the Vuelta GC, possibly as a backup. For now, let's just see how he goes in Suisse!

Agree. I think there is more on him than lot of people think. One should not to forget the fact that it hasn't been long ago since he switched to cycling from hockey. Every time rider goes in new team is hard time. This year he really seemed pretty chuffed about his form at the beginning of season where he never is great, expected great season. He's bit injury prone though.

Probably his injury gives Sky good chance to keep him, less teams to gamble on him cause he's injury prone, while Sky has money to keep him as good dom.

Sky have so much money they ca keep him if he doesn;t ride a race but for his benefit he needs to leave ...go to Bora and get some leadership roes...won't get them at SKY

Spot on, but there are some who still are interested in him (some of them who where interested before he choose Sky above them).
If he wants to lead Tour de France he should leave because there is smallest probability he could be leader there.

I think unfortunately the issue in question if he stays at Sky isn't if he will ever get to lead at the Tour but whether he will get to lead at other GTs. Particularly with Sky rumoured to be in the market for other GC riders who would jump him in the queue. I really hope he leaves. Easy for me to say, of course, if he is being offered significantly more money to be mostly a domestique at Sky than anywhere will offer him to lead. But I still hope he leaves, because I want to see what his best is.

Injury prone? Just because you crash and get hurt, AKA bad luck, in your opinion makes him injury prone?

In that case, Contador and others should also be having a hard time finding a new team because, in your eyes, every rider going down is injury prone.

Really undeperfromed at Olympics. Pretty poor showing in road roace, but I don't blame him much for that because of lack of racing days. But TT was poor too and I've expected better there. He could maybe fight for second half of top ten if not for wet roads at first part of race, but even than it would be nothing much. Injury made this season really disastrous so far. But there is still hope. Season has not ended.

I hope so.

Why that smiley?

Edit: nevermind I know why. Looks like these days people really enjoy mocking other people/their favourite riders. Don't get it at all. Gee, they can't imagine that it is not really enjoyable? F*** that.

Its not that you support your favourites ...its that you are over the top about it...and at times unrealistic ......but don't take it all so seriously ...its just fun

Glad you are happy that Konig will be a dom for SKY at the Vuelta

the fact that you think he underperformed at the TT . is he a good time trialist and i didn't knew? his 11th place is quite good in my opinion. there's no way you could think he could be in the top 5 of this tt unless you're delusional

And how he should have lead for SKY at the Giro ...and Kreuz is held back by Contador...there are lots of examples..I haven't time to go back through the forum

I am telling you because you asked ....Again I would say to not take people comments to heart ...its just a discussion forum
