no, he's a tagiare and a not so talented one at that. f'n amazing

He is really in a great shape: also in 3 Valli Varesine he was in a breakaway showing quite good climbing skills.
And in the GP Capodarco in the middle of August, one of the most important italian .2 races he was 4th.

The Baltic Chain Tour was on between the 21st and 25th of August. It was the second time the race has been held, and the first time that it's UCI ranked (2.2). This is an interesting little Tour, crossing the Baltic countries. Unfortunately, the UCI ranking seems to have made the field a bit weaker this year, with the likes of Navardauskas missing.

Gediminas Bagdonas (An Post Sean Kelly) completely dominated the race, winning three stages and GC. He won two bunch sprints and then also from a small select group. This brings his season's tally to nine wins so far.

In other APSKT news, Old Father Time, Niko Eeckhout, won Schaal Sels (1.1) on the 26th, his second win of the season.

Navardauskas was in the entry list with the Lithuanian national team but his priority was Denmark with Garmin. So he was able to ride the race.

No need to blame UCI for everything...
