So tomorrow Chavanel should win this easly. De Bie has only 10 sec - hard to defend.

Chavanel-Gougeard-Gallopin-le bon and Paillot (Auber) are all on 20sec from Sarreau. It could get interesting.

Paillot's unlikely to do well, the TT has a large climbing portion. Calmejane is also at 20s and was 2nd in the TT last year.

Gallopin has to be favorite, he does very well in this exact TT course year after year

Happy for Gallopin!

Laporte set a very good time too, I expect great things for him this year.

They ended up not running the full course like in the previous years. Lopped off 1.2 kms from it. Did they cut out flat, or the climb?

What did Sovac do there? Rebellin their best rider in 87th out of 106, the others in place 98, 99, 103, 104, 105 and 106. They obviously dont have the strongest team in the field but that is really terrible and guys like Bille and Reguigui should be able to do much better on this course and over this small distances. Even I could have been close to the time of Belmoukthar and Zamparella and I am by no mean good cyclist :p.

Maybe they didn't bring TT bikes? It seems weird yes, Bille should be top-20 in this field

That's quite a decent breakaway in Murcia: Trentin, Jungels, Gilbert, Serry and Vanspeybrouck.

You can't blame the helicopter for interfering with the race in Murcia...
Looks like echelons from what I could see.

Gilbert gone nuclear?

No, he is behind. Valverde and Sánchez are in the lead, more than a minute in front of Gilbert.

Well, I'm watching on mute. Not that it would make much of a difference if I had sound; I suffer from a slight disability to understand Spanish.
