Victor ♥, I love riders from smaller cycling nations winning races.
for the sake of completeness: Vine didn't crash, but dropped out of the group with a mechanical, according to his Strava.can't see Vine in the peloton, so he may have been involved as well.
Thanks for the update - hope he makes a full recovery. The Bardiani rider who crashed and went over the barriers is Alessio Nieri. He lost consciousness but he seems all right now. They will transport him to a different hospital and he'll go through a head MRI. He also has a broken wrist.
Latest news: no head injury but he suffered a collapsed lung which apparently doesn't allow him to fly back home. A doctor will get there from Italy and figure out what to do.Thanks for the update - hope he makes a full recovery.
Milan is not that hard to recognise, I should think.Kooij takes the win.
Question is: Is De Bondt in the lead? Couldn't quite see if Milan was up there.
Looks like he is indeed.
Anybody knows what time Japan Cup is predicted to finish ? I don't watch Asia races live normally and I don't know time zones

No. To be honest I didn't think of that either.Do you know where it'll be shown, if anywhere?
Man that's so early . I don't think I will be able to get out of bed.FirstCycling says around 7:16 CEST.

2 + 3.5 is 6.5??I think it will finish around 6:30 am CET. It will start at 2 am and last year it took a little more than 3 and a half hours and the route is the same.
