Rein Taramae is the leader. He is still active, Astana could have brought him back as a points farmer.

Will there be a thread for Alula Tour? This year's field is very weak for the GC. Jan Christen, Paul Double, Hatherlly and Alfonso Eulalio.

Among the sprinters, Merlier isn't even there this year due to his injury. Gaviria and Jakobsen.

And Milan. But that won't make the race any more enticing for me...

AlUla starts tomorrow already and I'll start a thread if there's enough interest, just not sure if there is.

For those with TV time on their hands, AlUla stages are an appetizer before the Mallorca races starting on Wednesday (with everyone's favourite TT star, Remco! )

There's some insane winds expected on Mallorca this week, 40-50km/u avg and 90km/u gusts on Wednesday, also some rain. Expect at least parcours changes.
