Not exactly the same... They go from Basse Ville to Haute Ville via Côte de la Montagne and then straight to Grande Allée using du Fort and Saint Louis
Whereas in GP de Québec after rue de la Montagne, the go right (down) on Port Dauphin to get to Côte de la Potasse and Côte de la Fabrique (this is 2 more hills)
Also, in TdBeauce they don't come back to Grande Allée after passing thru Plaines d'Abraham.

Just noticed, thanks. Had taken a quick look at the stage map and at first it seemed like it.

Caja Rural outrageously the Tour de Beauce... 1st and 2nd place on the first two stages.

I also love it how the next most visible riders are three Hincapies. Sort of a team clash.

Boivin outsprinted Bobridge to win stage 3b (a criterium).

Tomorrow stage in Quebec City is always a key stage in the Tour de Beauce.

Lots of stuff happening in the lesser races:

Leukemans wins something: the Ronde van Limburg! Might well be his last victory has he never really looked on form this year. Still has the Druivenkoers to compete for though!

Boonen wins 100 km to the east at the Rund üm Köln, from an attack with Theuns, Maes, Schillinger and Gerdemann. Seems like Tom's form is retuning and he is becoming a favorite for the European Games RR. Theuns and Gerdemann also at the pointy end of things this season.

Tino Thömel gets another pro victory in Korea, where Ewan wins the GC. Thömel seems to be sprinting nicely this year in "bigger races". Wippert and Ewan didn't want to compete the sprint I guess.

Joshua Edmondson shows that he is ready for another bout at a WT or PCT team with a win of a stage and the GC at the Ronde de l'Oise.

A crazy amount of 1.2 races were ridden today so I'm not going to sum them all up.

It still seems more than a bit odd that he ended up at Conti level this season in the first place. I mean, it's nice for An Post, but he's too strong to be racing .2s.

I've been following it quite excitedly. There aren't too many real climby races in the women's calendar, and with both Vos and PFP injured Anna VDB and Katie Unknown got let off the leash. I'm really excited about her prospects, she's going to be so good in a couple of years' time. I've already hyped her up quite a lot. The last stage finished with basically a loop of the 2014 Vuelta al País Vasco ITT route and the top climbers and puncheurs managed to isolate her early, but she stayed with them and shadowed Emma Johansson all the way to the line.

It was really quite weird, because Moolman had picked up time bonuses earlier in the stage so Kasia needed to come ahead of her on the day, but couldn't be more than a place behind Johansson either, so when they crossed the line together, you had the 2nd place in the sprint pumping her fist in celebration and the stage winner sighing in disappointment and banging the handlebars in frustration.

In a fantasy organizing world, I would scale the Bira up into a full-blown women's País Vasco, but keep the late-May/early-June timeslot as the climby races should be together to be good Giro Rosa prep.
