Contrary to the opinion of some about boring racing or winning from bonuses or never leaving the peleton this race has delivered. Will add that the UK has such good parcours for racing. I suspect some teams did not select the right type of riders for the race.
I wonder what the tactics of the UAE riders will be to win the stage. They wont win in a sprint.

Can we appreciate Lorena Wiebes ruining her own race to help a fallen teammate?
Well not to justify it as such, but it's the same finish they've used in the men's race a couple of times. Not necessarily in such bad conditions, but it's a classic kind of ToB thing they do
So Cat is now also GC leader with 3secs over Wollaston.

FdJ have a full complement of six riders and Movistar have five,so both teams can provide full support.
With Wiebes, Kool, Gillespie and others still in the race it should be held together for a sprint, it may be the three intermediate sprints that will decide the overall.
Uae may try something for Swinkels.
Ugh, so unfortunate when she finally looks to be kinda back to form. But at least she did not crash like many others.

a Glasgow Crit, sort of based on the WC finishing circuit from 2 years back and also not quite the same thing at all, but anyway only 84km of racing to go
theres literally no elevation at all so no point in a profile really...
I think thats meant to be just one lap...

Ferguson leads the points & youth jersey classifications, Wollaston and Couzens respectively will wear those on Stage 4, whilst Włodarczyk leads the QoM which she has essentially already taken as long as she finishes. Cat is obviously top Brit and FDJ lead the team standings.
