Well, Lippert didn't look that great on La Redoute, but she's now attacking immediately on her return.

The interesting thing will be how much time Reusser gains on the flat while the bunch are hesitant. There's no impetus there, and this is where Marlen has the upper hand. She's a great engine, but she's not an equivalent puncheuse to the likes of those in the group behind. But she'll smash pretty much all of them on the flat so unless they buck their ideas up and get a bit more coherence to the chase it'll be irrelevant that people in that group can outclimb her.

The teams are just not racing that cleverly against SD works. trek gave up so much time because they backed spratt against reusser & then let her hang out during the attacks. That gap could be 20-30 sec instead of a minute. Will be probably a one-two. Lippert doesn't look good today and as always spent to much with bad attacks.
