LaFlorecita said:Yeah indeed. Doesn't matter if half of the team wants out of that **** team, they'll force them to stay.
I hope Fabs and Jakob get the **** out of Radio**** at the end of the season. Doesn't matter where they go as long as it's not Failshack

DominicDecoco said:No. Team CSC/Saxo Bank was a team of friends. Leopard and Radioshack should have no credit for any of the good team chemistry - if there's any left.. Those teamwork values, that are important on Saxo and created this close network between riders, directors and staff, eventually cost Riis half of the team when a drunken rich kid promised pride and glory for The Schlecks on a new luxembourgish team.
Btw, I wouldn't be surprised to see Andy having a go at his current team/staff sometime soon after these comments from Jakob. They are as close as they can get as friends.
Christian said:I remember a swiss article from before the Worlds last year where they strongly suggested Cancellara was very angry at how everything developped. I think he refused to speak about it at the time, probably for fear of saying out loud what he really thought of the situation...
He created a great atmosphere but his managing style also created some tensions I believe ... (if I understood your post correctly, you are also alluding to that). Of course that is the risk of relating to your riders, other managers try to have as little as possible to do with their riders in order to avoid such conflict

They are his sponsors (nissan, Twek and Shack) so he has the power, no?
Becca has the license, but Bruyneel is part of the McQauid branch is he not?
