Belgium surely must try something in these last 30k's. Too many top sprinters left getting a free ride here.

Hope Korsaeth has a good sunscreen: he s very pale for going open-shirted in these conditions.

not necessary. Sunblock isn't necessary in Qatar. Something to do with the sand

Greg will attack. Roelandts as Boonen's lieutenant in a sprint.

Yes that makes sense. I wonder if someone like Eddy Boss will have a dig or just help Kristoff in the sprint.

The Belgians should attack on the last lap. Boonen still has a good sprint, but against Cav, Sagan, Kristoff, Viviani,... he hardly has a chance. However they definitely have enough riders to cause carnage on the last lap.

Kristoff favourite for me at this point. It's been hard enough to take something out of the sprinters and his sprint holds up the best after a toughish race.

I think Boonen has chance in regular sprint today. You have to remember that it's 250km race on the desert.

Maybe not the outright favourite, but of course he has a chance. And Viviani??Boonen beats him with ease.

Degenkolb invoking 'respect' to justify his actions

Who cares, it wasn't that bad. He was frustrated. Normal, harmless reaction.

it wasn't harmless. he sprayed it right in his eyes

c'mon guys it's not like it was tino zaballa smashing a bottle over his head
it was quite funny actually, no harm done.

Yes after such a hard race Boonen is probably stronger but generally I'd say Viviani is the clearly faster sprinter.

Boring?

From the outset this was 200 guys to the finish.
Gigs didn't watch I guess.

I hope for Tommeke or EBH, probably Sagan as he looks pretty surprising good for going there 2 days ago.

Korsaaet ftw, is there any other conti riders left? This is just amazing from him..

Greg has the right wheel. From Terpstra. Would be awesome if they did a duo attack.
