When was the last time before today, that each nation competing in an edition of the Tour de France had won a Tour de France stage at some point in their history?

With the surprise fact revealed a week ago that Pogi and Jonas quite comfortably have been first and second most times in a Tour stage, what is the record for identical podiums?

Today was the third time Pogi won in front of Jonas and Carapaz. Does anyone know of a more frequently occurring top three?

Jonas and Tadej has been first and second in GC since 2021. That must be a record too.

First time ever a rider wins at least 5 stages in both Giro and Tour during a season.

And Pogačar is currently tied on 11 with Merckx for most stages in both Giro and Tour in a season. Merckx won 3 stages in Giro and 8 in Tour in 1970. If you're nit-picky, Alfreddo Binda won 12 stages in the 1927 Giro, but he didn't ride the Tour that year.

I noticed during the Dauphine that the winner of that race has then either gone on to win the Tour or not even finish the Tour in the top 10 since Valverde in 2008. No in between. I thought that this run might come to an end with Roglic narrowly beating Jorgenson, but nope. With Jorgenson likely going to finish in the top 10, Roglic winning the Dauphine has actually extended this statistic for yet another year.

If Pogi hadn't bottled the sprint against Vingegaard (or they finished on top of Galibier), Pogi-Vingegaard-Evenepoel would have finished in that order 4 times this year. Instead it ended up like in 2001.
