It doesn’t say it has to be both lol. And it says nation which couldn’t mean anything other than citizenship

In the middle of July, with one week still to go of the TdF, Pogacar has so far the 6th best season ever in the CQ Ranking pontuation scheme. One more stage win and he goes to 4th place, only behind his previous 3 seasons.

It's likely that he finishes the TdF with over 4000 points. With Vuelta/OIympics/WCH/Lombardy still to go, will we have the first over 5000 points season? That would be a 36,7% improvement over the best season until 2023. Ridiculous.

Pogacar'2021 - 3656
Pogacar'2023 - 3602
Pogacar'2022 - 3398
Sagan'2016 - 3307
Roglic'2019 - 3235
Pogacar'2024 - 3221

We know the Giro-Tour double is very rare but am curious after seeing on PCS live today the lowest combined totals of Giro-Tour GC positions since 2005 what the last time any rider completed both Giro and Tour but winning the Tour without winning the Giro beforehand. Maybe not since the 70s?
