Why would a power meter have an importance here? If anything, it's a reduction of the weight not to have it.

Pog without a powermeter doesn't limit himself by artificial numbers (i.e. anaerobic threshold power). He just goes for it operating way above VO2max power achievable by humans (another useless number). He's a freaking X-man after all.
