And I never claimed you made any references. I thought however that you could see the point I was making, given the last posts here. Maybe I still think that.Dr. Maserati said:I know you aren't, and I made no reference to your current or former roles.

Irony much??? When was the last time you contributed with anything (real) here?![]()
mewmewmew13 said:Why don't you stop thinking so much of yourself.
The last thing I would worry about is how much you thought I contributed. I have a few friends around here..
Those incapable of autofellatiothe sceptic said:the race radio fan club?

I don't quite get where you get off. I don't ****ing care, mind you, but I just don't get it.
For whatever stupid reason, you were invited to be a mod. It went bad and you haven't recovered.
Maybe step away from the keyboard for a few weeks. Do everybody a favor.

mewmewmew13 said:this place used to have some good information and the younger posters- of which there were plenty- had a lot of class and wits.
A few are still here and they are great posters..there has been a huge change in the last year…
There used to be good-natured ribbing..
now it's like the preschool unloaded and now we see taunts and jeers.
not a lot of real substance..
'big shots' slinging words and trying to thinly veil insults hoping they can get a bit of conflict for titillation

I feel pretty sure that ebandit whined to the mods about it because he didn't understand what all the fuss was about. CN Moderators: Stupid moderation decisions-R-us. Fu*king ridiculous actually.

It isn't.the sceptic said:why is it only the Armstrong trolls that get nuked on sight?
Why? Because they 'argue against the consensus'?the sceptic said:Im not saying he is a troll, although id guess he is.
How are new posters supposed to argue against the consensus if they are nuked?the sceptic said:Point is that new posters arguing against the consensus in the armstrong thread get nuked after 1 post, not so much in the sky threads. (remember the joachim situation last year)

Again, that is more revealing about you and your ability to post than about them.
The new(ish) poster arguing against the consensus on the LA thread is still there.
And quite frankly I have no problem with that - very often though, it is a former banned user, that why they do not last long.
That is a mod decision - one I don't particularly agree with.
Also, there are plenty of other posters on the LA thread who do not adhere to your view on what a consensus is and have been rightly allowed post for years.
the sceptic said:Maybe you didnt read his posts? I dont think a new member who is genuinely curious would immediately start using words like "ranting" and "bile" when describing the clinic. Also he failure to address any of the counter arguments put up is classic troll behavior.
But anyway, I dont think he should get permabanned just because I think he is a troll, he should get a chance. There was some guy that got banned after 1 post in the LA thread that seem fairly innocent. I dont remember any mod clarifying whether that was a formed banned poster, or if they just banned him because everyone in the thread started to get paranoid.
Not only did I read - I will quote the full "ranting" & "bile" comments to put it in context:the sceptic said:Maybe you didnt read his posts? The only one I remember was one of BPCs accounts - again, I would have no problem with them being allowed post as long as they were posting on topic or not going personal, but that is no longer their objective.the sceptic said:It was related to the Armstrong/Hincapie/Andreu debate. I tried to look it up but couldnt find anything so I assume the post/account got nuked.
