Troll disinformation campaign in full effect. Desperation

It is interesting to note that Ferrari used his son to manage the communication with client "Numero Uno"

Keeping it in the family

I love the fact Armstrong allegedly had the codename "Number One." That's subtle. I wonder if the password to Ferrari's computer is Password1?

I actually find the new goofy Polish funnier and more tolerable than the old attempt-to-argue-with-what-I-think-is-logic Polish.

But what happened to Dr Ferrarri "throwing Lance under the Bus"?
Where is that bus squish squish?
A year overdue. Late bus lol.
:D

oh this just made my day! :) I did get a huge chuckle out of this...
would anyone expect anything less??

So much for the 'stalled' status that a couple of folks were batting about.
There is no way this is going to disappear.
Desperate times, especially for those who are in denial.
Pieces seem to be falling into place...
many on top of RS-N-T(LeOpard)
crumbling..lol

It seems the only truly new information here is the thing about Menchov, and the rest is an interesting recap of the several linked investigations.

How Menchov hasn't had any serious trouble with the authorities yet is beyond my understanding. He seems to be involved in every potential scandal that doesn't quite explode.

Maybe it's the rise of Russian interests at the UCI? You've got Tchmil making an early, well published run at getting into the federation at a high level. there's rumors of a Pro tour event somewhere around Sochi.

All speculation though.

Even if they shut off Wonderboy's spigot of money before dropping charges, I think at least Weisel would just cover the debts. How much money could Knaggs throw into the pot to save the talent? No doubt some people at Nike would throw some money in too.

Americain Le Roi is still a good example, but his throne, a little, creaks.

Quote of the day. How about a “creaky throne” thread, Polish?

Raimondo Scimone responded to Cyclingnews in a text message, saying: "It's a joke, with the investigation based on science fiction, without any kind of truth to it. And anyway, the investigation is still underway."

I seem to have noticed that when someone has no answer to charges, he calls them science fiction.

So much science fiction these days. It must be the Golden Years of sci-fi.

Fabiani and Armstrong’s personal assistant Mark Higgins did not reply to calls from Cyclingnews.

Busy setting up a facts4ferrari.org site

Anyone really surprised Ferrari had pimped out doping RV?

Frankie, Betsy & Kristen talked about meeting him in his RV after Milan San Remo 10 years ago.....but of course they are just bitter haters so they can't be believed.

Interesting line in the story

The doctor was stopped as he left a bank in Sankt Moritz apparently with a bag that was described in police reports as 'full of cash'.

Funny, have heard that "Bags of cash" line somewhere before......Oh yeah, here 9 months ago:D

Race Radio said:
would not be surprised to see some stuff in there about bags of cash....and not just Armstrong

Oh, and here as well

Except for that little thing of the steroids in the bathroom and the bags of cash to Ferrari

I feel some people feel negelected now because you chose to have your twitter session first before enlightening us here exclusively. Never do that again please. We need you, and I guess it isn't nice to be outsprinted by TSF. lol

Its not a competition.

And bearing in mind my location, and Raceradio's location, it would purely be a matter of him still being asleep when the news hit the stands this morning or having better things to do at 5am than come on here.

What could possibly be better than coming on here at 5am? Something we can't discuss here??;) I wonder how many times the following line has been used, "Armstrong never tested positive during his long career and has always denied accusations of doping."

But, the biggest question of the day is, will Fabiani or another on Armstrong's team address this article at all. I have a feeling they will not comment on it.

Not me. I can already manage to follow worldwide news and some tweets on my own.
Or are you even exclusive source for gazzetta etc., and speaker for Italian prosecutors and police ?
Those investigations and some details are public since more than half a year or so.
But I guess, for most people around here your myth-building still works and they are very fast in forgetting the details and timelines.
If you think otherwise, then prove it. You are very passionated, obviously nothing else to do and never tired of repeating same things around a hundred times. Thats true.
Anyway, we need you if it somehow helps you in your life.
You are essential for our life. Especially real life. :)

I use the quoted post as an index as to how hurtful these comments are to Armstrong - no mention of the actual article or claims made but plenty of petty personal abuse. Todays news seems to have upset some people.

What's this about mini-Ferrarrii? He has a son?

Yes, Stefano was involved with Jogi Muller in setting up Ferraris 53x12 website.

Desperate times for you folks working Fabiani's Pit. Hang in there. Soon, you'll be as relevant as Saddam's press guy in 2003.

But.....where is Polish. I took him off my ignore list.

Doctor Ferari has been depositing cash into his bank for many years.
Decades.
Checks and Credit Card Deposits too.

Old news....

SSDD Next Generation.
"Make it so, Number One"

But even though the news is old, it is interesting to see it resurface.
Have not seen any USA stories about Lance doping since "the Motion"
Seen recent stories from Germany and now Italy, but not the USA.
Smears and Leaks are now coming from "abroad".

And Saddam was clearly winning the war, just like Lance.
What was the ultimate end for Saddam? Accountability, eh?

Comparing Lance to Saddam is not appropriate.

Clarification needed: Who as called number one? I thought it was Armstrong by Ferrari but the CN article says the reverse:
"Armstrong seemingly called Ferrari with the code name of 'Number One'."
