Yeah, Bengals need a miracle with a Denver and Miami loss. I would think the Bronco game is better than 50/50? The latest line is 11.5 (up from 10.5 yesterday). Reid has now released who's resting & who's playing. Aside from the heavy artillery of Mahomes, Kelce & Pacheco - Hunt & one OL, Taylor, are also resting. On D, Jones, Karlaftis, Bolton, Tranquill, McDuffie & Reed are sitting - that's huge. So, this looks like a preseason game for KC but a playoff game for Denver. Bad weather here in Denver today but it's supposed to clear up with sunshine & warmer temps by game time.

The only good part of the Ravens-Browns games was Michael Pierce interception. The ultimate "Fat Albert" moment.
Okay, Ravens win another divisional title, 3rd seed, another spectacular season by Jackson, etc. - but time for them to get to the SB. The best dual-threat QB in the history of the game & a 2xMVP, and all he has to show is one AFCCG appearance & a terrible 2-4 playoff record. It's now or never for Jackson & Ravens. The legacy right now is they're a great regular season team that stalls in the playoffs. If Jackson wants to go down in history as one of the all-time greats, he's got to get the elusive SB title.

Bengals likely wont make the playoffs. I don't think Denver is gonna lose to the Chiefs' 2nd and 3rd stringers. Jets have been cooked since...well...since the season started, so I really don't see them winning.

Bengals have only themselves to blame. They are looking like a playoff team, but unfortunately they dug themselves too big a hole, with a 0-3, 1-4...4-8 start. All their losses were close games. They could easily be fighting for the top spot in the AFC, but self inflicted errors have hurt them all season.

Even with the Jets in free fall and Rodgers unintentionally sabotaging the team it is still the Dolphins and they’re not know for doing well with their destiny in their hands. Tyrod also looked good albeit against prevent defense but he did than Rodgers. Biggest barrier for Bengals is the Chiefs vs Broncos.

Bengals got it done and their defense stepped up when they needed it but most likely to little to late. Like has been said they lost too many close games. Steelers need to look at starting Fields honestly, either way they’re most likely one and done again getting destroyed by the Ravens.

Ravens had multiple dropped passes in the cold which doesn’t bode well for playing in Orchard Park or Arrowhead.

After this long night at work and a 2(!!!!!!!) hr conversation with a patient I’m ready for wings and the night game.

I seldom have positive reflection on the NFL overall.. But I must say, expanded schedule, playing in Europe and getting me early, early morning football with my coffee, Netflix collaboration was not a disaster so far.. Doubling up on Monday sometimes.. Saturday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Thursday night.. They are really doing a good job with the product!!
Old enough to remember when you got what you got.. No social media, no pay per view.. No special packages to see games outside market or ultimately all games. Have really learned to appreciate and enjoy RedZone and NFL network. I may be overly positive because my streaming service has been seamless.. So the network, ESPN, Netflix, Amazon Prime has not had huge out of pocket expense to see enough football..

Other than watching how amazing 8 and 22 are, the first game wasn't too great.

The second game was just weird! CIN won 45-7 right? How the H was the score 19-17?!
Exactly. And if Pickens had run the route properly or Wilson threw more to the inside they would have stolen the game. I think it might be on Pickens because 1) he is messing up so frequently and, 2) Wilson usually throws that deep ball right to the sideline. But Pickens still might have dropped it!

It looked like the ball landed a step in front of Pickens who had no idea where the ball was. It was a standard Wilson deep ball and should have been caught, especially with his status. But he was terrible all game and had a poor attitude. Steelers are always finding these receivers now but they have a bad attitude.

@Nomad i don’t even think the Chiefs backups could have beat a college team after watching that performance. It looked like they didn’t give a F and were having a good time. Stinks for the Bengals but they shot themselves in the foot repeatedly, Burrow said every year is Super Bowl window but he looks like he’s the Brees/Rivers to the Mahomes/Brady, Jackson/Manning, and Allen/Big Ben for comparison.

Dolphins disappointing again, it stinks Tua got hurt but they had winnable games when he returned and couldn’t pull off off. Not possible but I’d have Mcdanields as OC and bring in a head coach like Campbell.

Sucks about Mayo after be put in the pedestal as the heir apparent but maybe he lost the locker room. I think it’ll be hard for NE to find a coach.

Despite everything Rodgers has done enough for a team to try it out and see what happens and they might get a two for one with Adams. I think Wilson is going to be on the Chiefs, Bills, Ravens, Lions, or Eagles next year.

Packers with a tough loss and now have to go to the Eagles. If today’s rushing is anything to go by Barkley wasn’t getting the record.

Another big year for Evans and 11 1000 yard seasons in a row. It’ll be great to see how long he can keep it up and Tampa as a whole is dangerous. Commanders and Bucs should be a good game.

Rams vs the five seed will ne a good game as well.

Broncos clinch a playoff berth & a 10 win season in an ugly game against the KC reserves. You hate to see these kind of games played where it's not going to be competitive & boring from the get go. And it looks bad for KC as they were shutout for the first time since 2015 (they need to put an asterisk by that stat - starters didn't play. Lol). So, what can I say? Sure, the O looked outstanding & the D spectacular against the KC reserves. Lol.

That being said, and without a doubt, Nix exceeded expectations & showed his talent as a franchise QB. Nix with his 18th TD pass at home set the rookie QB home TD pass record surpassing Stroud who set it last year. And Nix's 430 yards rushing (4.7 average) set a Bronco season QB rushing record surpassing John Elway's single season record from 1987. Nix's agility & running ability has a made a significant impact on his performance. It seems the trend is for Pro-style QBs to be able to effectively run the ball & add a dual-threat component without typically being a "dual-threat RPO" style QB.

I don't think Denver can go into Buffalo and upset the Bills. The D might keep it close but I think the Broncos are a year or two away from a deep playoff run. However, it will be a great experience for Nix to play in a road playoff game against one of the best teams in the league.

Who thought that the score would be 10-6 at half with these two teams?
Both defenses are playing really well with Lions getting some more luck on the misses to Jefferson. Vikings defense has gotten some big tipped passes negating big plays and even getting that interception. Refs have missed 2 delay of games and that 3 rd down pickup for the Lions benefit and screwed up the intentional grounding for the Vikings. Both teams offense could take off in the second half.

Vikings got outplayed and outcoached in the second half. Darnold started falling apart from the pressure as the game got further out of reach. Lions even got the Vikings on the fake 4th and 2 for the free first down. Well earned rest for them and both sides of the ball look dangerous for the divisional game.

I guess Darnold was overdue for a bad game. but the timing wasn't good.

If the Lions defense plays like this in the divisional and they get players back from injury, watch out.

The Vikings couldn’t do much offensively and their defense couldn’t hold off the Lions offense in the 2nd half. Campbell and the staff clearly have a lot of confidence in Goff and co to go for it on 4th downs so often. I think that also played with the Vikes mentally.

Chiefs made sure the Bengals were out of the playoffs..............

Who on earth is going to go into Detroit and beat the Lions? Especially as they get more and more healthy? The Vikings have one of the best, most complex defenses in the NFL, and they couldn't stop the Lions offense. Can anyone?

I have a feeling the Rams aren't looking forward to playing the Vikings. If Denver can keep the game next week close, and ugly, they have a chance. Tampa and Washington should be good. I agree the Chiefs had no interest facing the Bengals. Didn't care about today's game, at all. But I've never been a big fan of resting your players for weeks. But Andy Reid knows more than me. I'll take the Chargers over the Texans, unless Herbert folds. Packers had some injuries that looked scary: Watson (knee), Love (elbow), with Dobbs already hurt. Tough row going into Philadelphia.

Glad to see Bryce Young have the best game of his career today. Michael Penix really looks like the Falcons QB for the next several years.

I don't think so. In fact, I'm calling it right now Mike Vrabel is their next HC. The Pats are keeping Eliot Wolf as GM. The team has a future franchise QB in Maye. They have decent young talent with a lot of banged up players this year, and the most cap space available out of any team in the NFL, and owners willing to spend money. This is the exact time to take over coaching the team. Ignore the talk of Vrabel interviewing for the Jets job. They can do that now because they have an opening.

Let's see who gets fired tomorrow.
