Not much of an improvement in any case. But at least they tried some stuff. So did Sky, in their own way. Movistar played it safe and won the day for me. Make of that what you will.

So, about the Sky kit. Did anyone go "Oh, I wonder what those stripes mean?" Because, apparently, that's what VeloNews think we should've done.

I like the Breton-inspired idea to the Sky jersey, but as a design, it's a bit weak. For Castelli, everyone's of course talking about the stripes good and bad, so job done. A generic design would also be liked and hated, so might as well be liked and hated and have a reason for why the design exists than nothing at all I guess.

The castelli logoplacement is a bit weird and the world champions stripes on the sleeves of kwiatkowski are a bit small but ok

I wonder if the Pat's Veg devo squad gets more Drapac red, totally agree that this seasons Drapac kit was top shelf

Much of that black will be covered up by the race numbers. It's not a huge deal.

I hope so. With the Cannondale jersey, they could at least replace a couple of the Cannondale logos with the Drapac logo instead of just the stupid red lettering.
