I might like lower left if either of the patterns went across the shoulders at the back, but as it is the heli view would be entirely anonymous. If the blue with a pink heart is one of the top 4, one can only despair at what the rest of the 250 odd other entries were like.

I'm not going to join Instagram just to vote, but if I did, it would be for number 2.

They won't be the team jerseys, they will be limited editions that Assos will sell (knowing Assos, they will cost probably 400 or 500 euros).

More dark shades and patterns introduced in an otherwise recognizable kit. Well done.

Update: On the other hand, will it be distinctive enough in comparison to Movistar? The dark blue pants are nice, but more of the same.

Their continental squad will race with this kit. I've read that EF will be in the same style, don't know if it's true. This kit is made by Ekoi, not Rapha and the helmet is from Kabuto instead of POC.
