Thanks!
He has come to chew bubblegum and drop watt bombs. And he's all out of bubblegum
It's not like UAE aren't looking good... TDF will be tight as last year, but perhaps Pogacar won't have his bad day(s) this time. I can see them going toe-to-toe all the way to Nice.Who would've though such a sweet looking guy would come to this nice small race and brutalize everyone.
TDF win is all but assured now.

Nah, but I've watched Ayuso yesterday and today.Did you not watch the UAE Tour final climb today?
I saw Bernal getting dropped on a baby climb, he didn't do well. Again, I don't think or view comments in negatives & positives whenever I make or read a post because it is irrelevant. You saw Bernal do a great ride and immediately went to how he should limit himself to stage hunting and won't ever achieve a big GC result. That's obviously a very negative outlook.
Let's be pedantic and say one day of 24 seconds and one with an advantage of 8 seconds.Nah, but I've watched Ayuso yesterday and today.
I also saw Pogacar sprinting up mountains for +30 seconds last year and dropping Vingegaard a few days in a row, I bet he will be fine this year as well.
Because grischa niermann said today to vingegaard "today you show just a little bit to the world on why you are the strongest".Only 15 seconds ahead of Martinez? Vingo becoming a hilly races specialist confirmed. He should focus on the Tour...of Flandres, not France.
Sure, and 4 seconds in the craziest uphill sprint I've seen.Let's be pedantic and say one day of 24 seconds and one with an advantage of 8 seconds.
I can call that Pogi will be *** if he finishes the Giro first.Sure, and 4 seconds in the craziest uphill sprint I've seen.
You just can't call the Tour de France already in february when we saw how close they were last year. Until Pogacar decided to do backflips for his Instagram profile, until he was dead, until he was gone.
No he won't.I can call that Pogi will be *** if he finishes the Giro first.
I'm definitely not calling anything. I hope they are as close as ever.Sure, and 4 seconds in the craziest uphill sprint I've seen.

It’s so in the bag. I hope visma allocates resources elsewhereWho would've though such a sweet looking guy would come to this nice small race and brutalize everyone.

yeah, Galician TV had 90 minutes of coverage with pictures from the finish line only, but Eurosport decided not to broadcast thatSo did EuroSport just cut their coverage because of weather ? Because it was showing it was live on Max this morning but couldn’t watch for various of reasons and I came back and seen there is no replay to be found.
You’re a charming addition to the forum. He’s gone 2-1-1 in 3 Tour attempts; I’m not sure what’s fantastical about my statement.Do I have to pull them all up for you?
Look. He’s winning his second o Camino. Let’s ease off the chasing history fantasies
More like 2 actual GC TdF attempts (2022 & 2023)You’re a charming addition to the forum. He’s gone 2-1-1 in 3 Tour attempts; I’m not sure what’s fantastical about my statement.
Hey. Easy now. We can have a conversation without getting too sensitive about it. Who made you user experience approval coordinator on members? You’re a charming addition to the forum. He’s gone 2-1-1 in 3 Tour attempts; I’m not sure what’s fantastical about my statement.
You see pog didn’t have to be better in the third week of 2021 so it’s unknowable what might have beenMore like 2 actual GC TdF attempts (2022 & 2023)
If I recall In 2021, Vingegaard was added as the last dude in the JV TdF troop and lowest in the JV-tour hierarchy - 100% helper for both Lt. Kruijswijk & cap Roglic.
Why he act'ed as such, a dedicated helper with massive time drops trying to help Roglic's shortcomings, crashes etc, - when Roglic & Kruijswijk buckled and Vingegaard was still somewhat far up the charts (though like 5 to 6 minutes back from the front,) Jumbo Visma then flipped tactic and Vingegaard could ride for GC.
After that, he did seem stronger than Pogacar in the third week of the 2021 TdF and even managed to drop Pogacar at times, but was so far behind in the GC that the overall win was simply not realistic.
If I recall correctly' Vingegaard got it down from like just under 6 minutes to a tad under 5 minutes in the last week of 2021 TdF
Not least Vingegaards move on the Mount Ventoux TdF stage 2021 where we all were gobsmacked when Pogacar dropped in the small hope that we had a new dude that actually could compete with the champ.
- and a real fight on our hands.

Not quite, as Pogacar as the bonafide champ he is, are weirdly honest about these things, so people don't have to make false excuses on his behalf. You see pog didn’t have to be better in the third week of 2021 so it’s unknowable what might have been
