I'm claiming that the participants are going to stay near their depositions to USADA. There's nothing unreasonable about that. I'm just disagreeing with you. That's no reason to get personal and accuse me of trolling.

It really makes no sense for George to be drawing more attention to himself by slamming Frankie. I am sure he wishes this would all pass and he could just fly under the radar as he pretty much has through all this up till now. have his clothing company, HOtel Domestique and cycling team. Even if what he was saying is true, it is stupid to come out with this. To some stupid reporter from the Detroit Free Press no less. I don't think George is stupid. It could only mean Lance is deeply involved in this latest attack. And maybe he has something on George and is now calling in the markers.

You have claimed that Frankie's testimony is limited to "Mass doping" The Qui Tam case is far more then just that. Knaggs, Stapleton, Weisel,Gorski, have hardly been mentioned until now. There is far more information to come about their involvement in defrauding the government.

You claim to know the limitations of Frankie's testimony, asking you about this claim is "Civil". Pretending this simple request is not "civil" is just another attempt to disrupt and cause conflict

It should be noted that EPO is a recovery drug. It's one of the reasons why modern tour riders can string together excellent days. Surprised you criticize another poster on a topic you don't quite understand.

Looking ahead can we expect all the postal boys to turn on each other? this seems like a tipping point really...

George has probably not slept well since The Lance Armstrong Lie premiered last year. I don't think he fully understood the public ramifications and additional questions his admission raised about him and his involvement.


Maybe it is not a deep Lance agenda. Maybe it's just him dealing with his own head and shifting blame etc....

Hincapie is very clear in his USADA affidavit about the various influences that led to him taking EPO.

In Chronological order

Farrari says EPO is not dangerous
Swart says everyone is doing it
Armstrong gets angry after Milan San Remo and says the team needs to start using EPO
Frankie says you can buy EPO in Switzerland
George, Kevin, and Bobby talk about the need to start using EPO and all start at the same time

He is very clear in his affidavit that it was lance who first demanded they start using EPO......now he tries to paint Frankie is a pusher/junkie? Things change fast

Your interpretation of George's affidavit is not quite correct.

Your first two points are ok, they relate to paragraph 25 and 26.

The bolded part no. Refer 27. Lance said "this is bull, people are using stuff" and "we are getting killed" paraphrasing he said something needed to be done and I don't want to get crushed anymore.

George understood that to mean we need to get on the EPO. Key point, he did not state in his affidavit that Lance said "The team has to get on EPO"

Paragraph 30 "Frankie states he has experimented with EPO and told me how to obtain it in Switzerland" and further adds we all start using it at this time.

A little bit different picture to how you state it and clear how the initial supply chain occurred.

You are welcome to pretend that Lance and George's decades of transfusions, EPO, Testosterone, Cortisone, HGH, Actovigen, etc is the same as Frankie using EPO a few times but most will not agree with you. Lance wants people to think that it was all the same, everyone was doing the same truck load of dope he was.......but we know that is not the case.

It is like saying a guy who got drunk a couple times at the Christmas party is suddenly Charles Bukowski

You think that "most people" care about how long and how many times these guys were doping?

The truth is, it IS all the same. If Frankie was a super responder, winning the biggest races, and earning millions of dollars a year, would it really matter if he was only experimenting?

The fact is, he either had a limited talent, or responded poorly to EPO. He played the lottery, and it just didn't pan out for him. It is also hard to believe that anyone who is prepared to use a needle to dope, wouldn't "experiment" with other, often easier to administer, medications.

Regardless, he was just as much a doper as any of the other winners and losers in this saga. He just didn't benefit to the same degree as some of the others.

Anyway, as I said earlier, this isn't about right or wrong, it's about winning.
Let them fight it out, and with any luck, they will all come up smelling like crap.
