RR has a very long history of labeling anyone who disagrees with him as a liar. It is his "go to" insult.

No, that is not the case. Multiple posters have tried to reason with his increasingly irrational posting and the response has been to call me a liar, with zero evidence to support such an accusation. I wrote in my last post that he was lying as it was clear that he is.

There is. Kathy got her info mixed up in her depo. It was Jodi Merckx who called Betsy to tell Betsy that lance was in a panic he had no EPO and asked Axel for some.

This almost goes back to the original back & forth between RR and initially Red Flanders, which was quite civil.

And that particular exchange was on the article, and I agreed with Red. That it was probably truthful enough what GH said there.
But IMO there was also the question as to the "why there? why now?" - which i have already explained.

George tried pretend that Frankie and he were equals when it came to doping, the only difference was Frankie stopped earlier. It is not a lie to point out that Frankie and George were not equals. George participated on a far higher level then Frankie ever did. For George to try to pretend that is a lie

I have given you multiple links and citations to George's painting of Frankie as his supplier and instructor. It is clear that George is saying to DFP that seeing EPO in Frankie fridge is what resigned him to doing EPO. Not sure what your agenda is to pretend that is not the case. Give the insults and accusations it appears more personal then fact based.

A lot of good facts about the good old days. But, if we are talking about facts, let's stick to them.

Both Davis Phinney and Connie Carpenter are/were vocal about the program and that they refused to participate. Arguably, they were key to exposing the doping program.

There isn't much benefit to smear these two, and these facts (!) do not agree with you.

I don't always agree with Mark, but I agree here.

And, even though BPC has recently endorsed BroDeal (ouch!!), I do typically like to read both RR and BroDeal and am concerned about where you both are headed.

...if there was only the one mix-up you mention, it could be understandable, but the testimony I posted shows a long litany of, uhhh, mix-ups....kinda sorta painting a broad picture of broad-band wall to wall mix-ups that almost look like a well worn web of, uhhh, mix-ups....and yes that dastardly lawyer keeps bringing up that awful lie word but we should be polite shouldn't we and just keep calling them mix-ups ?...this being The Clinic after all, and we do have a squeaky clean rep to keep up...

...Betsy actually comes off pretty well as the obsessive out for blood...and given the circumstances I can see her point...at least she was honestish, which under oath is a pretty good minimal requirement ( and btw that bit of testimony also suggests that there may not have been a cabal at that point...otherwise one would think they would have at least been maybe somewhere on the same page...or at least reading from basically the same book..)

...as for the other folks...well, there it is in black and white, and it never lets up...mix-up, mix-up, mix-up, etc, etc, etc....
