Huh? I meant, why would they pay ChrisE to post propaganda when he does it already.

Then he proceeded to have his **** buddy, the owner, tell me to finish my meal, leave the premises and that I was no longer welcome back.

What an experience! I always thought these reviews were fake until this happened to me. I was enjoying my meal when I felt the sudden urge to take a dump. Was it the food? Who cares! I headed for the loo when I was stopped by an old friend, let's call him Chance Pharmstrong. Well, before you knew it we were enjoying some extreme glory hole action in the bathroom, to be followed by the most intense 3-way with owner Jodi Larner. 5 stars!!!

Steak Tasted Funny?
by Whiteluchbag (1 review)
June 13, 2011 - Doesn't like it
This really wasn't the best experience. My steak tasted funny? There server said it was seasoned with a special weight-loss herb, but I don't know...
As another reviewer suggested, the men's room attendants were a little overly-aggressive and flirtatious, making me a bit uncomfortable. I'd love to give it another try, but was informed I wasn't welcome back?

Cache Cache is a very nice fancy restaraunt that you could take a 10 year old or up to if they are matier enough. But you could not take a nine year old or down to Cache Cache

I can't believe Fabiani yet again declined to comment.

That gives more detail about what Armstrong said. Larner's explanation of the ban is suspect. The Outside magazine people there would have witnessed the server telling Hamilton that he was banned. Larner claims Hamitlon was banned for not tipping, but this would have occurred after they finished the meal.

The not tipping part I would find super hard to believe. Someone like Tyler aka the Chimera and his group would have been tipping regardless. So that sounds or in my point of view does not pass the bull **** test.

Sounds like the owner is making up a story.

Actually if I was Tyler or his friends and the Owner suggested that we were not welcome Lance would be paying the bill, let alone the tip. If they were asked to leave how would a "tip" even be the issue?

I know some here are anti-twitter, but I think this was twitter karma for Armstrong. The story started with a couple of mentions from Outside guys on twitter, then one wrote it up on a blog after people demanded details. From there it made it into articles and spread. But it started with a couple of guys at a restaurant hearing things and putting it on twitter. I'm really glad to see that the lawyers went to the Feds.

I would expect that Ms. Larsen in defending her friend, LA, has looked to an alternative justification rather than the obvious.

She said "It was not a big confrontation" so it must have been a confrontation still but on a lesser scale.

If it comes to be investigated for witness tampering Ms. Larsen had better give deep consideration to her version of events when the incident may have been in full view and earshot of honest and independent restaurant patrons.

Also, the other question that will arise in an investigation is how LA appeared in that restaurant at that time. Do phone records show a call from the restaurant to LA?

If Wonderboy keeps this up, his case is going full-blown trial. Wonderboy is off to a great start and Tailwind principals haven't even heard the Grand Jury charges yet. Fight on!

Did Wonderboy lie to his team about the interaction? The thing about lying liars who lie is they do it to everyone, even the people they need the most. Maybe a teeny tiny lie of omission? At this point one HAS to wonder when Fabiani's going to fire his client and distance himself from this disaster.

Comments at this hour on the espn page are split between the faithful and the pragmatic. Public perception is definitely changing. Time for multiple felony convictions of the Tailwind principals to complete the myth destruction cycle.

Bring it Velodude!

Based on this recklessness, I think it is likely that Lance sought out potential witnesses as soon as Floyd began talking about going public. It would not surprise me if several old teammates were threatened or promised things to keep quiet.

Cheer up, 44. Not to worry. Your message won't fall on deaf dumb ears-since most of us have to read what you say. We can't actually hear you speak. Unless, of course, it's your neighbors listening to you yell at your computer! :D

Classic! I like how it was reported Tyler & his friends turned up Lance's house. For one the guy has the worlds longest driveway and gated fences. Secondly if Armstrong wasn't home how did they know it was Tyler & his friends?

--

Armstrong attorney Mark Fabiani told the Daily News that Hamilton and his friends pulled up in front of Armstrong's Aspen home on Sunday. The group did not approach the house but instead stood on the street, taking pictures and speaking loudly. Armstrong was not at home at the time.

"It shows how obsessed Hamilton is with Lance," Fabiani said.

Manderson said the allegation was completely untrue.

"Fabiani's allegation is utter horse----," Manderson said. "His client threatened a witness in a federal investigation, and he just wants to spin some farcical conspiracy theory? This idiotic allegation has less credibility than the infamous Iraqi information minister (Tarik Aziz)."

Whatever else people say about him the man is clearly a fool and his lawyer Fabiani isn't far behind (although he hasn't got much to work with) with this laughable attempt at distraction. Manderson is having an absolute field day with all this.

I've been wondering about this "witness tampering" issue for some time now. Since it's well documented just how vindictive StrongArm is, I've always wondered what the legal ramifications were if he approached Tyler, Floyd, Frankie...or anyone else connected to this investigation.

Two key things from that first piece
"If I were the prosecutor, my investigator would be going to talk to Hamilton," said Cutler, now with the firm of Dechert LLP. "This, to me, is a game-changer." A charge of witness tampering could also affect any statute of limitations issues prosecutors might be facing by extending the timeline forward to the present day, Cutler added.

Hamilton told him Armstrong repeatedly asked how much he had been paid to do the television interview, and added that his legal team would "(expletive) destroy you," "tear you apart on the witness stand."
Does that mean Lance fully expects a trial, and is ready to take on the world?
Awesome.

I'm so used to Lance getting away with stuff that I keep forgetting about wiretaps and things that FBI and others can access, like phone records. Is there such a thing as "accessory to witness tampering", because Po Po gonna talk to Cache Cache
