Of course he has not talked to investigators. This is a US investigation, it is USADA's job to talk to Miller's team. Travis has had many meetings and discussions with investigators. They have shared evidence and he has facilitated introductions to WADA affiliates world wide. They have jointly met with multiple legal and regulatory groups across Europe.

I do not see any possibility of a perp walk. I would be very surprised if Armstrong is led off in handcuffs when the charges are files. I have written this before so I am not sure why you would think any different.
