You are joking, right? It is so hard to tell sometimes. No, I think ANYONE who watched the race last year knows that The Uniballer was terrified to charge too much...and his results showed that more clearly than ANYTHING lol. I mean, he couldn't see the back of what was left of the front group on the climbs last year...which is a SHARP contrast from the year before...and every other year he doped his way to the podium.

No, I don't think anyone was surprised he was where he was. He knew he was being targeted, because before the whole rodeo kicked off, HE WAS TOLD HE WAS.

You silly revisionist apologists and your silly SSDD lol stuff. Dang.

Man, again you seemed to have blinders on and full of blind hate.
Why do I even answer such a total wrong observation.
Lance had a good season, looked really fit after TdS and did a decent Prolog.

And finally...Lance crashed hard, was injured, which ruined his day and rest of Tour.
You are again just talking **** when its about Lance. Sad story, like that MV story.

SSDD

Try to make some sense please, open eyes and use brain.

To be objective, I do think Lance himself experienced his last Tour as a complete flop and personal humiliation.

It's not so much about whether you or I think it was.

Thanks to Dr. Ferrari.

All while being the absolute worst teammate in cycling history. Yes, even worse than Hinault was to Lemond.

Easy for an arrogant psychopath to do, which also explains your affinity for him.

If I were jacked up on HemAssist, testosterone, Hgh, blood transfusions and had the UCI in my back pocket, I too would have finished all those Tours.

Again, thanks to Dr. Ferarri and the help of a peloton that let Astana soft-pedal over the fewest mountain top finishes in recent Tour history.

Hope Rides Again!!! What a disgrace that tour was for Armstrong when he stumbled all over France looking like a washed-up fool who didn't know when to quit.

And his legacy won't be as a TdF winner, but as the biggest fraud the sport has ever seen.

Enjoy marinating in the upcoming legal quagmire along with Armstrong. You two make perfect bedfellows.

You earned yourself a spot in the haters Hall of fame. So much crap, nonsense and hate unfied in one post. lol
Damn, hating excellence, who even thinks he would race and finish TdF just by doping. At least you didn't say "win". wow.
You still consider yourself as "serious" ?

I think I will put together a "best of berzin" later.

Well, your eyes must be full of little hearts and hugs and kisses for your mancrush because anyone that watched the race knows that Armstrong was scared to work the preparation. I mean, seriously, that little scratch he got oh his eye that made him quit the race (on the same day that he was outed by Floyd as being the fraud of a human many of us already knew he was) was what ruined his tour? I am not saying you are dumb, but that is the stupidest thing I have heard since I watched Fox News last. Oh wait, you are joking again. I forget that you joke a lot lol.

Tex was terrified of the vampires last year, and it showed. He rode like he would have ridden any year where he wasn't charged to the max. If fact, he rode even worse that that. It was almost sad actually...seeing him floundering at the back before the leaders even started riding hard. Man, it was sad to watch his teammates who could have placed higher pacing him in for 45th place lol. Sad, but fitting end for a fraud champion.

But that scratch on his face, yea, that was the reason he lost lololololololololol, thanks for starting my day with a hearty laugh!

That eyeball trauma was definitely worse than the broken collarbone the previous year after a 3 year layoff, when he went on to place 3rd. One shouldn't read anything into FL blabbing and the feds taking interest vs his lack of results in the 2010 tdf.

TFF, I like cobblestoned and he is somebody I give a wide berth to due to his entertainment factor. Please be easy on him. Thanks.

Go out and have some fresh air, man.
Its more and more a waste of time discussing about Lance with you, while a appreciate many of your posts and thoughts.
There is something wrong with that, you see.

The only thing that is plausible and true is, that Lance didn't do the usual GC contender refills on restdays, after his Tour and hip was ruined. That would have been unnecessary risk.
Have you ever crashed at around 50-60 km/h ?
I doubt that, but could perhaps be a reason for your daily exploits if you didn't wear a helmet.

Live with that, accept or agree. But please stop going full *** when its about Lance.

I know, haters still depressed because of the 4. Come over it.
Wish you all the best on your way back to reality.

We only disagree and stop loving when its abut Lance.

Still easy on him. No problem.

Actually, I think you are hilarious (in a good way). I don't have any problem with you because you post on a level that I appreciate. Same with ChrisE and Polish. I can completely disagree with someone and respect their Jedi skills, and all three of you got some.

Itsn't it funny how the ones that stick around become kinda lovable, like little pet trolls. You just have to clean up after them and hope they don't make the carpets smell too bad.

I'm an unabashed charter member of this club, and have been since I signed up to the forum. How long did it take you to figure this out?

How different would I be to your hero if I did? Not very. As for "hating excellence", not when it's tethered to a doping program. You seem to take pride in the affiliation. Doping + Armstrong = Excellence.

There are plenty of examples of excellence in this world that are not mired in such controversy, but then again, without the drugs, there would have been no "excellence" for Lance.

As seriously as you take your man-crush.

Can't in this response and quote you because you took all the smileys and there's apparently a 5-smiley limit. <smiley>

You do get he's got an incredibly limited palmares compared to the greats he's generally compared to, yes?

Yes:D

I thought you meant HE did nothing Else. What about all the "Awareness" :D

Their, There, or They're?

Their is a possessive pronoun. It always describes a noun.

Note the spelling of their. It comes from the word they, so the e comes before the i.

There is an adverb meaning "that location." It is sometimes used with the verb to be as an idiom. It is spelled like here which means "this location."

They're is a contraction of they are. Note the spelling: The a from are is replaced by an apostrophe.

Examples: Their dog has fleas. (possessive of they)

I put the collar right there. (that location)

There are five prime numbers less than ten.
(with to be)

They're 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7. (contraction of they are)

"But Lance is the biggest doper in the history of the sport"
Not even in the top 100. Probably not in the top 500 lol.

Lance raced 13 TdF's.
More than any other multiple Tour winner.

Lance finished a Tour at 37 years old.
Older than any other multiple Tour winner.

2010 was an excellent bookend on an awesome TdF legacy.
Don't even get me started on his other palamares.

Gino Bartali (winner in 1938 & 1948, by definition a multiple Tour winner) finished the 1953 tour in 11th place. During that tour, he had his 39th birthday.

Thanks for that. Of course Gino.
Gino was the oldest multiple Tour winner to finish a Tour.
Lance was #2.
