My favorite is the Landis collaborated with 60 minutes link. As if posting on twitter under an anonymous name is something Armstrong doesn't do for one. And for two SO What's your point 60 minutes talked to FL ?

Clinton Fabiani fail
Gore Fabiani fail
Armstrong Fabiani fail
Public defenders office Detroit Fabiani fail

Worst still it a *** name for a website. Like really ***.

Update in facts4lance

Sooo, is Facts4Lance the best hoax pulled off this week?
Definiately, although the week has just started.

Statement in Respons[!] To 60
Minutes Broadcast From
Marc Fabiani, Counsel to
Lance Armstrong

We have already responded in great detail at http://www.facts4lance.com.
Throughout this entire process CBS has demonstrated a serious lack of
journalistic fairness and has elevated sensationalism over responsibility. CBS
chose to rely on dubious sources while completely ignoring Lance’s nearly 500
clean tests and the hundreds of former teammates and competitors who would
have spoken about his work ethic and talent.
But you gotta love that recursion. In context it makes you instantly see a fixed star and planets around which are circling an circling and circling and circling...

Is Fabiani tired of this farce and doing this on purpose? No way they are serious about that site.

You have to hand it to Fabiani. If you're going to sell your dignity, at least make sure you get a decent hourly rate for it, eh Fabs?

I wonder how many Lance fans became utterly baffled by the Facts4Lance tweets?
Of course, there is also a Facts4Floyd twitter account.

This is when I start to wonder how much money team Armstrong has. He's paying the best manipulators now and it's still very early in the battle. Armstrong Fairness Fund anyone? Anyone?

I'm still concerned the convictions won't happen with Fabiani/Rove-like firepower. A plea deal at the end of the grand jury investigation and the evidence stays private. Like a zombie, liestrong scam will stay alive in that scenario. And then there's the widespread corruption at the federations that will be left alone.

This is what I see happening. I think most posters on this forum are aware of Armstrong's aversion to open/public courtroom settings. This will be spun away. I think a majority of the population have very short memories. This will all be negotiated and settled out of the public domain, with no admittance of any guilt. Though I am certain Fabiani and Luskin will provide lots of skewed and entertaining babble to justify their fee.

Tax evasion and drug trafficking do not get swept under the rug.

Evaded taxes, penalties and interest are settled.
I don't think the DEA views trafficking in PEDs in the same light as heroin, cocaine, meth and marijuana trafficking.
Should Armstrong's misdeeds even make it to a criminal trial, I do not see serious jail time, if any. This will be settled, I'm disappointed to say.

I think the real crime here is fraud. I mean, he made a ton of money. But, then, who are the plaintiffs (without plaintiffs, there can be no fraud).

The sponsors like Trek and Nike? Do they have to be active in pursuing it, or is it a crime regardless of whether the victims of the crime complain?

Or were they in on it, at least to the extent of not caring whether he was cheating or not, as long as he did not get caught?

In that case isn't the victim the customers of the sponsors? What about a class action suit on behalf of anyone who purchased a Nike, Trek, Subaru, Nissan, etc. product whose decision was likely influenced by Armstrong's endorsement of the produce or brand?

Yeah, legally it is far-fetched. But fundamentally, morally, isn't that what's really going on here? The fraud is perpetrated on, ironically, "the believers"?

Who was most disgusted with Landis and Hamilton - the ones who first believed them, no?

The tide might still turn on the biggest lying cheater of them all.

What about you flicker, aren't you a "fanboy", or do I have you confused with someone else? If so, did you watch the 60 Minutes program? How do you feel about it? Don't you feel defrauded, or are you in the "I don't care if he doped, they all doped, and he hates cancer" camp?

Listening to Tyler, it sounds like this 60 minutes interview is about the first time he has been honest in his life. I read him in his velonews tour diarys, Pro-Cycling etc., Olympic TT results, chimera twin excuse, alll positively false.
I cannot get a read on Tyler, obviously he is still in love with the "Legend"
I know the haterz here want to get all rooster like and stick out there man chests, hating on the fraud armstrong but really Tyler is a strange cat.Not credible.
As a witness against Lance, really no joking aside he is less credible than Landis, simply a pathetic human being.( This is coming from someone who has always wished the best for Tyler.)
I give him credit for returning the gold. That I do respect. I know he really wanted to keep it. Perhaps there is redemption for him.
I agree with Floyd, perhaps Tyler can heal after this. Strange though, Tyler making a living training cyclists and tri-atheletes. Oh well Manalo Saiz is coming back too...

Did you watch Pelley's take on Tyler and why he thought he was so credible?
