I particularly like this spoon-fed synopsis of his legal challenges:

But his Ahab, federal investigator Jeff Novitzky, was dealt a serious blow when his case, tied to PEDs, against former San Francisco Giants slugger Barry Bonds resulted in a single obstruction-of-justice conviction. Most neutral observers see the case as a failure on the government's part.

He won't discuss his legal issues but he will provide his PR version of the situation.

Yep it's obviously a PR puff piece, not surprising from Rodale.
