My argument = there have been Prosecution Leaks in the so-caled Lance GJ Investigation. There should be an investigation.

How did you expose that as bull**** again?

Are you sure there have NOT been any Prosecution Leaks?

James Jesus Angleton pretty much wasted the CIA in his obsessive search for leaks--and he didn't come close to catching the big spies (e.g., Burgess, Philby, etc.). No way will an investigation get started without a reasonable suspicion of an UNLAWFUL leak. Way too much effort and cost to lurch off after a red herring.

It should also be noted that federal judges take the separation of powers seriously. They won't intrude into an investigation unless it is necessary to protect the integrity of the judicial process.

Lance is in 'spare no expense' mode, that's for sure.

There is also the possibility that the federal investigation is stalled and Lance is probing to see whether the investigation is over or not. It's been about fifteen months since Floyd spilled to the FBI, and still no charges . . . .

Yup, true! Looks like there won't be any charges in this case. Taking too long.

Yep, Lance really has nothing to worry about until he sees black helicopters.

Perhaps Lance isn't squirming at all. Maybe his legal team's request for an investigation will be the springboard from which LA will seek public office. Hmmm.

So you are saying there have NOT been any leaks by the FEDs?

Are you saying that there have been? Because you don't have a single shred of proof. None. Nada. Non. Zip. Zilch. lol.

All you have are the attorneys for a notorious liar and drug cheat junkie saying so lol.

Your only proof is some anonymous source saying some people cried...not exactly a rock solid case...heck, that info is not even a leak unless you completely don't understand what a leak is lol. "I gotta keep on chasin' that dream, though I may never find it" Boston is so awesome man...dang man...lol

I don't know man...have you seen a picture of him lately? ROUGH. Like we say in the south, that boy looks like he was rode hard and put up wet. I have seen bar lizard 50 year old smokers who looked better lol.

Any evidence? Should be easier to produce than Fed leaks, eh?

He did refer to himself as an old man at the Livestrong challenge ride in Davis, CA recently.

Your communication was more effective when you were in ridiculing part comedy mode.

Now you are in full blown serious mode without reinforcement back up.

Has LAF left you without support as occurred with Horatio defending the bridge over the Tiber to Rome? :)

Lance is only trying to take this course because everyone is coming out of the woodwork and he can't really sue anyone for libel. The worst of everything has already been put out by floyd and landis. It they want to talk they can and if he wants he can try to sue them. I think this is to try to prevent more people from coming out of the woodwork once they realize how strong the case is.

Your join date says Mar 2009, but this whole line of argument seems more like you were born yesterday.

Allow me to translate the Filing into Lance-ese:

Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. Witch hunt. ...

for pages and pages.

As you say, SSDD.

Only this time, with four lawyers signing it probably cost lance somewhere upwards of $50k. Sorry. I meant it probably cost Livestrong $50k.

Dave.

Not sure about the LAF, but the Mods have left me without the support of Flicker and Cobblestoned bummer.

Although I must admit, being a lone ninja fanboy has its benefits.
Lots of easy pickings lol:)

if i may intervene,
this must have been said already, but:
lance saying that there should be an investigation is horsecrap, because lance and his followers constantly whine about how investigating crimes is a waste of taxpayers money.

Lets make it a bigger waste of money than it already is. Why can't LA want a investigation into who is saying what to who, If all these un-named sources were Floyd or Tyler why not just say so. LA isn't going to sue at this point, any information given to a reporter by a GJ witness is legal as long as the witness gave the info to the reporter. If you say a reporter is worried about payback from LA, he's got a whole computer full of these articles that if found innocent he'll make their life miserable.

If it cost Livestrong $50K, then we should be able to reveal this due to public disclosure requirements of 501(c)(3) organizations. May require digging and specific requests, but someone should pursue this. Private inurement is a big no-no.

It's at the bottom of the ledger after "entertainment" (hookers/blow), travel (gulfstream jet fuel to paid engagements), donations (some funky machine the UCI never bought for between 0$-$500,000), donations to medical research (unmarketable, non-FDA approved blood boosters from many "research" sources), research (donations to whatever doctors to the "awareness campaign"), $20 for free yellow bracelets to the last 20 fans who care.

Them's is eyes that haven't gotten enough nap time...those bags would have to be checked at the ticket counter.

"Honey, you can't hide your lyin' eyes"...dang man, I am on a 70's roll dude lol

Ah, the famous pic, when Lance announced his retirement early in the morning, after a rough and decisive night. Perfect choice.
German media witchhunters prefer that pic in their usual propaganda-campaign too.
Closly followed by sad Lance on the Champs. :(
Sad Ullrich looking down - on black background - is also one of their favorites. :(

LMAO

btw, get you tweet-facts straight about those white lunch-bags.
You should watch Tyler again.
Remember that Tyler is telling nothing but the truth. See ya, dude.

Tyler has drifted a long way away from vanishing twins.

Lance, on the other hand, is taking his lie-spinning, harrassment and fraudulent activity to entirely new levels.

Dave.

LA never got sanctioned AAF, and he has alot to lose by admitting.

TH and FL didn't have those "problems" at the time they admitted, but coincidentally until they hit rock bottom or were forced to talk by a GJ they weren't forthcoming with the truth either. It's all pretty simple human nature Dave.

no arguing with this.
some are (or consider themselves) more equal than others, and are treated correspondingly by the UCI.

I'm not arguing with that either.

Just the latest example of a great car wreck in super slo mo.

Ultimately, Lance will go down in history as a great case study.

Dave.
