I understand alot of you guys have been on this forum for a while analyzing this whole situation and have developed certain stances and view points.

If you didnt mind, for a 'newbie', could everyone briefly outline;

A. What they want to happen from this investigation? and
B. What they think will happen?

A. 90+% want felony convictions to stick to Tailwind's officers and Wonderboy. 99% want the liveswrong.org scam get mainstream media coverage it so justly deserves.

B. Ask a magic 8 ball because no one knows. Wonderboy/Weisel bring lots of money to buy justice. We know justice is always for sale. The only federation person they'd harm is Weisel in cycling. Whereas it would be politically impossible to do the same kind of convictions in NCAA sports and pro basketball/football/baseball/hockey to discourage doping.

For a 'newbie' that is a pretty harsh assesment coming from such a 'timid' sort.

I always cringe when I see the word "hate"...
I don't hate Polish and I wouldn't attribute that extreme assessment with regard to "everyone" here either.

What is your point on here..?

Nice short answers are good. No worries if you cant be bothered but may be interesting just to see exactly where everybody stands.

Your right 'hate' is a strong word. Dont have an issue with anyone, just this question above. Didnt realize asking it would cause such a problem.

my local newscast cp24.com has just tweeted this; Barry Bonds has been sentenced to 30 days of house arrest and two years of probation for giving misleading testimony before a grand jury.

So can this be used as an indication of Novitzky's work ?

If so, then I'm not hopeful.

You seriously underestimate ASO. ASO owns much of the UCI's ProTour events. They can leave and they'd take the pro teams with them and every event where they do the broadcast production. (many) They would leave the UCI with the Tour of China, World Championships, and no broadcast equipment.

ASO does not want to be involved in the officiating and the talent development. They tolerate Pat and Hein at best, throwing them a few table scraps in exchange for fealty. A good deal for ASO.

ASO is not kicking Wonderboy off the record books. Enough people will forget how he won soon enough.

But I do not underestimate the power of public opinion in marketing.

If the outcome is as most expect the adjectives in the media to be applied to wonderboy would include "disgraced", "discredited", "fraudulent" etc.

I don't think that ASO would hold out against a USADA non quantitative analysis that wonderboy doped during the UCI statute of limitations period (8 years) and maintain him as the winner for, say, 2003-2005 and third in 2009.

ASO is in the game to earn a profit and it is not going to tarnish its brand by tacitly endorsing cheating and doping.

Landis and Hamilton have changed their story so many times Im not sure they know what they are saying anymore!!!! Whilst I want Lance brought to justice his lawyers will destroy both of there testimony's. As Lance has said himself 'I like our credibility'

My point about corporate america not gonna let this happen is valid. Best legal teams in the country will be fighting tooth and nail for Armstrong. Although we dont know what new evidence has been given . I cant see the smoking gun anywhere? Something that definitely proves he doped.

She never tested positive. She admitted taking EPO cause she was about to have a mental breakdown over it. Something tells me Lance aint gonna crack first.

She was a bigger fish that Lance. What planet are you on? He is a demi-god in the states. Only bigger pro athlete over the last 100 years is Michael Jordan.

6 samples - no 2nd samples to back it up. Can also throw **** at the lab testing them.

Dr Ferrari - can say the same things he always said - just used him for sports science training and he is the best in the world hence he charges a very high price. Wheres the evidence saying Ferrari def sold him drugs?

Hamilton/Landis- known liers. took money off people to pursue there false legal cases. No credibility at all.

Emma O'reilly - her word against his, will be able to through enough **** on her. Again no solid evidence apart from words. From what I can pick up shes had a horrible time since being involved with the Walsh book.

Frankie/Betsy - only two people their who have testified to hearing the hospital chats. Everyone else present deny's hearing it (although it is Armstrongs inner circle) Enough to discredit them.
Betsy is also down on numerous records saying she hates LAnce - stupid woman
