i wish we could see him riding the ardennes. i hope he does well on the late season italian classics

You never know though; Acqua e Sapone and Androni often get to do those races, but don't seem to have the viable challengers for them that they used to. And Visconti's points with a good late season would be very useful for Farnese to push a claim for it (and if he were to win the Worlds, unlikely though that may be, they would for sure get an invite).

How could they not win that?
3 men in a break of 8, then 2 out of 4, then back to 3 out of 8.
They end up 2nd, 7th and 8th.
Single attacks all marked by Visconti.
Not once did they try and double tap him.

A very entertaining and cagey race, though.

Presently RaboCT all over it though. One guy off the front now, 1km to go
