So TSF, who do you think will be crowned 'Best Trainer' at the Sky June training camp. I think, Sky would like to see Ben Swift in the jersey this year, as he may well be going to the Tour. Peter Kennaugh has a good claim as he's been close on a couple of occasions. Or maybe they'll let Steve Cummings have a turn.

Alternatively Cav could build a 'team' around more than just David Millar and take the win. I'd love to see him wearing the GB stripes at the Tour.

I think Sky will put out a pretty strong team and try and push the pace like they did last year and try and dump Cav. Its a pretty long course, they could well isolate him. Trouble is, nobody will want to take Cav to the finish.

Think he will get ganged up on like Nicole Cook got ganged up on last year.

Cav's best chance of a national jersey is to join Sky.

Sky will just have 4 people boxing him as Wiggans or Thomas timetrial there way up the road.

Perhaps Lloyd and Millar would say, 'Thanks guys' if they did?

Cavendish hasn't got much chance here but if he can read who Sky are working for, e.g. Swift, and sits on his wheel, then who knows how it might unfold from there.

What the hell happened to Tejay? I'm starting to disbelieve all the hype surrounding this kid. He'll be a decent rider, but he has yet to show anything extraordinary excluding the Dauphine last year. Strong time trial by Busche if this guy keeps improving, he could really be something special in a few years.

Phinney has been a disappointment. Come back for olympics individual pursuit. Oh wait you can't. Pick up your form for World championships pls and for Cadel's all conquering TTT team.

Busche has shot to prominence in the last week. Come on win the RR

It's not surprising tbh. He hasn't really had much of a spring and he wasn't overly impressive in ATOC.

Shame Bookwalter missed out on a podium spot.:( he should be a threat for the road race.

Bookwalter only missed out to Busche by tenths of a second if I recall correctly, so he did a very good ride. I really don't know what to predict for the road race, as BMC seems to be the only protour team with a full squad, so it might be hard to control just like last year.

Phinney had been hurt for most of the year. The guys who beat him have been racing all spring. With the exception of Zirbel of course.

Tips for the road race? Personally I think Bookwalter (BMC) and Busche (RSH) will feature.

Are you going to update the first post with all the links people have posted?

Wow, I can't recall the last time I've seen a live stream as crappy as the one on the US champs website.

That's just awful, hopefully they might get better as they get towards the finish, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I too was hoping a bit more from Taylor this year so far.
Good for Zabriske, but not a lot of depth to the field.
Same with the road race. Besides GH, Phinney, TJ, and B.King there's not much else to shout about.
