McCann (Giant Kenda) and Martin (Garmin) have been repeatedly making solo attacks from the select group in Ireland. The main effect has been to drop Deignan (RadioShack), so now the group is down to eight.

Van Leijen, Van Hummel are probably the most problematic for Rabobank.
If Kroon was there i'd mention him, but he is in the peloton which has no chance now
