In Germany, I think I small peloton is at the front, most attacks being reined in and a face pace. around 45km to go

In France, with about a 1'50" lead (max):

Pineau, Gerard Jeannesson, Ladagnous (FDJ), Lemoine, Poux (Saur-Sojasun), Rolland, Le Floch (Europcar), Bouet, Houanard (AG2R-La Mondiale), Bagot and Valentin (Cofidis).

We're going to be told the first 60 riders across the line each lap too :D
