Well, Lance's interview was about what I expected. However, he made clear that Contador wouldn't be trying to keep him in 3rd. Then again, why should he?

Bob Roll's okay. He, like everyone has his opinions. You like them, you don't . . you're indifferent. Such is life.

I suppose if you spent as much time with Armstrong as he did, you'd think differently of him too.

Anyways, Paul picked Armstrong and Bob picked Sastre for todays win.

If the winds remain high, we could see a rather anti-climatic finish with a group up to the top. Does that favor anyone? None I can think of . It depends on how desperate Frank is to get to the podium and if he goes for it.

Fun to watch regardless.

Alberto Contador is a bit of a loose cannon . . . does he have a responsibility to help [Lance] keep his position? WTF kind of question is that? Shouldn't the question have been will Lance help to protect Contador's position? Doesn't the overall matter more than 3rd?

What a joke.

Gusts of 110kph recorded, so far, at the summit.
Garate group at +8 minutes...

Kelly Saunders isn't all that hot. I think they need one of the women from the Babes thread. Maybe the one I posted?

Contador apparently owes him something. Besides a swift kick in the ball, I'm not sure what else he owes him.

110km p/h winds. Stage is likely to be shortened. Classified as "violent". Even if it's not shortened there is no way anyone is getting away on their own.

Yea, I thought the same thing. Just a stupid question.

So we get a feature on The Hog instead of racing. WTF did they start at 7am for? I think the main feature of the Tour de France is the actual race. Versus seems to thing human interest is the way to go.

Milram miss the break again. I see Euskatel's Ruben Perez is in the break again, must be something in their contracts that you have to be in at least one break in the Tour.

Shouldn't this segment be sponsored by Radio Shack?

Interesting rumor - and I underscore that it is just that, a rumor - that Bruyneel has asked the Tour to neutralize the stage because of the strong wind. We can't imagine any other contenders' teams agreeing to that.

OK, now that the JB blow job is over, can we please watch some racing?
