The whole field is doped to the eyeballs. Most dopers decline in their mid and late 20s (Bolt and many others) some in their early 30s, but a few can compete until their mid thirties. I don't think you can dope your way out of age-related decline when you have always doped and all your competitors are on rocket fuel, too.

The Ingebrigtsens family is definitely as talented as they are alien like, so it highly likely they are doing something illegal, but whether they have better opportunities to do that than many other athletes, I can't say.

I wonder if Dawid Tomalanuclear will keep his gold in the 50 km race walk. It was pretty hard conditions, as illustrated by the slow winning time, but he was still very close to his PB and could probably have beaten it, if he had paced himself a little better.

It looked like he did it quite easily with no sign of the exertion after winning. Definitely on some good stuff.

400m hurdles was a late addition to olympics, first appeared in 1984 (which eastern bloc didn't appear in), so the focus historically would not have been there. Then cames the late 1980s and thankfully the downfall of so many socialist regimes
