I am not saying that Uran is not doping but your theory certainly does not prove anything at all. So many variables could have played in the performance of all three on certain day. Rain, road, parcours, fitness level, captain or domestique, etc. That is just not a sound justification. If you want to use that I prefer to speculate on power numbers better. At least it would give us a better idea.
