Actually I think Peter Velits is pretty suited to the Ardennes classics. He can really sprint up a hill well.

Have been a bit disappointed with him since his Vuelta 2010. As someone who can sprint, climb and do long time trials i thought he would have finished high up on a few more occasions. Thought that Tirreno-Adriatico might suit him which i think saw a lot of stages with short uphill finishes, but he didnt do well or wasnt on form.

Maybe he'd have done really well in the tour if he hadnt have had to do work for Cav, plus i think he crashed on the Luz-Ardiden stage, then seemed to crack on the Galibier day (or maybe took it a bit easy hoping for a good result the next day).

last year HTC had got 16 wins at the end of March. At the end of last year HTC had 56 wins in their bag. Till now QS has 20 wins. How many wins will QS get this year?

Less. After cobbled season and beginning of Ardennes I can' see them winning that much. Nevertheless they might at the end of season be a team with most wins, they won't beat HTC imo.

HTC only had 47 victories last year if Wiki can be believed. That's possible to break. QS have had 50+ wins before in a season

It can go either way really... But Chavanel is definitely capable of winning a couple of Tour stages and so is Tony Martin.

And Greipel has had his peak in Australia, as usual. Last year he finally seemed to get it, but now he's fallen in the same trap.

After Omega Pharma deserted Lotto and went to quickstep which of the former bed partners will do the best this season..

Im going to go with Lotto, although I think Omega Pharma may have a couple of higher quality wins. Lotto will own Omega Pharma on the rankings though.

The wins overall rankings is interesting. OPQS lead but I think they will at the end be overtaken by Sky ( 5 wins behind now ). Still produced mighty result, it's strange a change of few sponsors and new faces in team can really influence a team so much comparing OPQS to last year's Quickstep.
