Okay, I won't pass any judgement on this case. It's too early and not my place anyway.
But from what I've gathered from various witness testimonies I've sorta figured out two things:

One: He's rather paranoid.

Two: He's rather trigger-happy.

Can anyone say disaster waiting to happen?

Well this is the image that he desperately NEEDS to promote..since his whole defense is built around the fact that he heard a 'burglar' in his bathroom and he was so worried that he shot without finding out who/what was in there

And, damn, if his girlfriend kept screaming at him to stop shooting from the other side of the bathroom door.

That must have been very confusing.

Dave.

No wait...defense claiming that when Oscar is 'anxious' and screaming his voice sounds "just like a woman's"..
ffs

No-one asks him why he kept firing when no-one ever shot or swang at him?

Even if it was accidental, which I highly doubt at this point, he still shot her to death.
Oscar and Lance could make great cell mates...

Also, wasn't the bathroom door locked? How many people on here who are in a relationship lock the bathroom door? I know I don't. But if you'd been in a blazing argument with someone who, it seems, is a bit of a hot head and has been drinking maybe you would. Just saying ...

Reeva was the one who sensed a predator in her midst. That's why she took her cell phone to a locked bathroom.
No wonder why he's throwing up in court. He knows he's done. Might as well save the money he's spending on lawyers and keep a nest egg for when he's released in 25 years' time.
