Very simple controls. It's on sale for about $275USD. The conventional type washers in this size have buttons enough for the space shuttle and run $750USD and up..

$450USD but found this 20kg marked down from $720 to $575. One day sale on floor model so I said wrap it up

Despite the Hype, Mexico Is Indeed Safe for Tourists
After an increase of violence among drug cartels and between drug cartels and Mexico officials in 2010, the U.S. Department of State issued the first in a series of Travel Warnings against Mexico. According to the April 22, 2011 Warning, its purpose was to “inform U.S. Citizens traveling to and living in Mexico about the security situation in Mexico.” The Travel Warning goes on to claim that “While most victims of violence are Mexican citizens associated with criminal activity, the security situation poses serious risks for U.S. citizens as well.” Unfortunately, and at great expense to both the U.S. and Mexico, these statements are inflammatory.

Had to save my bathroom for last. The cold water valve would leak. The hot water line had a leak in it. So when you needed hot water you had to go outside to turn it on or off. If you left it on the gas wouldn't shut off and would keep running till the propane ran out.

Got rid of the tub spigots and raised the valves. Put in all new hot water lines. The hot water line to my bathroom was under the floor encased in concrete. So we ran the line through the rafters. After all the water damage that just got fixed I was a bit leery. So I had them put all copper pipe in the attic.

Edit: next to last. There is some electrical work to be done outside where the power line hooks up to the house. I think every thing will be done tomorrow.

The after seems a little safer. The ratty extension cord goes to the trailer which is going away tomorrow. And I'll pick an outdoor cover for the outlet box. The top outlet is 220V

Holy crap. That looks a little dangerous. Glad you could improve it.

Does Mexico require permits for any of this?

Good question. I don't know if permits are required.
I have never heard of any one getting one. Maybe on new construction. Your the second one who has asked. I'm going to try to find out:eek:

Edit: Looks like I'm good
Article 53, of the State Construction Code Book for B.C.S., Mexico, Say you do not need a permit if you are painting or repairing plaster on your structure without effecting the structural elements, Changing Electrical and or Plumbing installations without effecting the structural elements, Waterproofing your roof without affecting the structural elements.

Wouldn't joke about that, Cartman.

We'll start with Poland and Ukraine next year, and then have a look to the West, instead of spending the winter in the East. :D

Yeah, I hear those winters in the East can be pretty rough. :D

I've had these posters rolled up in the closet for quite a while. My guy is framing them for $10 each. I used to just tape posters to the wall.

Went to an exam, got a C! :D

Good job RhD:) I haven't taken any classes in six years. My favorite exams were in the pool:D.
I was studying to become an Adaptive Physical Education teacher. I took American Sign Language so I could teach among the deaf culture. My favorite was teaching 5-6 year old autistic children to swim. I was heavy in the aquatics. Swimming Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor, Aqua Aerobics, and was starting classes on aqua therapy. Then I got injured and now I need the therapy:(

Keep up the good work
