Despite being the first mountain stage and coming after the tt underwhelming a bit.
It's a weeklong race not a GT.

You also just know not racing today will blow up in people's (especially the Yates') faces when Turini is scrapped.

I told you guys. Quintana only attacks in small races against weaker riders or when he knows he is by far the strongest. Today was a perfect opportunity. Jumbo folded as soon as his team upped the pace a little. He is far behind and has nothing to lose. His team was riding a strong pace for a couple of kms on a hard climb and...nothing happened, not a single attack. At least try and see if your opponent has a bad day, you never know. I am disappointed. Why on Earth did he even put his team in front? To drop Laporte and Van Aert? Meh

I hope Guillaume Martin names his children Chasse, Patate and Martin.

He's a minute clear and has a teammate with him? He's literally getting into the top 10 after this. How he always does it in stage races. He's not good, but he keeps attacking till the main guys let him have his top 10.

Honestly think half the peloton don't realise Martin has a) attacked and b) gained a minute after they went into hibernation.
