He is getting paid to do interval trainingSome users will say Pogi's sprint has burned his matches. Poor fella, didn't learn anything from last year's Tour.

Never assume that ES have read the rule book for any event. If it isn't on the PCS page, they don't know. Thanks
comms on ES said differently awhile ago
Actually I am probably the only person in the world who likes them.
Me loves them threeI like them too! But then again, I just generally like cycling!![]()
Whats wrong with Van Hoydonck now? If I was a tiny climber, there wouldnt be another guy Id like to have on my team more on the flat days
I don't understand lesser teams, they know that the overall is out of reach, they don't have talent to contest stages and all that's left is getting jersey time for the sponsors by getting in early breaks and winning the crumbs that are intermediate sprints..instead sprint bonus points are going to a stringy climber.. Is Pogocar really that good? Jumbo better hope not..Would be funny if Jumbo lose Paris-Nice now to Pog with a few seconds time difference after this TTT where (at least I think) they probably could take more time with a better pacing strategy but they tried to get Van Hooydonck into yellow (which failed).
Will Vingegaard start to bother about intermediate seconds now if Pogi goes for them?
I don't think it'll make much of a difference. Pogacar is just the quicker finisher.

If nobody else bothers, at least he'll be second and the time gain for Pog will only be 2 seconds each sprint instead of 6.
He pushed Matthews yesterday.

Yes, but for example yesterday, if instead of Van Hooydonck was Vingo there following wheels, he would lose 2 seconds less.
Can't say I don't like this gimmick to the TTT. More varied sights, at the finish at least.
Always nice to see that the silly gimmick mickey-mouse procession that you boycotted had relatively little GC impact, should have just put a proper ITT. Tomorrow back to racing.
