Awesome race today! Congratulations to Van Baarle and kudos to Ineos who made the race and once again showed that they're the most entertaining team out there.
Last year he had to brake with his foot, this time he was riding with unicycle. What do you guys think will happen to him next year? Some spectator just yeet him of the bike and stole it?

Recorded the final 40 km and just watched them. Great race and super deserving winner. What a monstrous ride by Van Baarle.
Ride of the day came from Mohoric though. I really wonder what had happened without his mechanical. Even if he had been caught it likely would have happened later and I think there's a very real chance he still would have been there with Van Baarle after CdA. I don't think he would have won either way but I wouldn't rule it out and man what a win that would have been. Then again it's nice to see a small cycling nation like the Netherlands stealing a win from the mighty Slovenians once in a while.

I think they had a word with him and hooked him for the last hour as he was shocking today.
No doubt Turner is a real talent.

Recording Roubaix and watching the last 40 km, what you on about, the race is almost over at that point!
I tuned in with 140 km to go today and felt like I missed a bunch! Classic Roubaix lads.
Great performance by Intermarche. 6 in the first 23! They are surfing confidence this season.
I'm away from home and haven't watched the race properly yet, but looking forward to it later this week.

No no, I didn't start watching at that point. I had to have easter coffee with my family (super annoying, I know) so I couldn't continue watching live with 40 k to go. Hence I pressed the record button and continued to watch later.

Maybe but I do think that it happened due to my pet hate of riders being allowed to ride on the asphalt in a cobbled sector. If he had ridden on the cobbles in the centre of the road this could not have happened

The last 25km of Roubaix just never gives you a good impression of this race. Roubaix needs to be watched a minimum a 100km from the finish. Today you needed to watch it from the start

Van der Hoorn was in the final group of Kung, v.d. Poel, van Aert (group of 8) about 30-40km from the finish, but punchtured out and had another mechanical after. He said he still felt great. Just like van Baarle this race suits him. van der Hoorn can't put out extreme watts, but can go on all day if needed.
Sensational race right from the flag drop with nothing conceded by anyone. So refreshing to see them go hard gun to tape and not let a soft 3/4 rider break go up the road and then soft tap for 80km until the first cobbles are on the horizon. Flanders was an excellent race with Pogacar slaughtering the specialists up all the bergs and I genuinely think he would have made the top 10 today had he ridden and avoided untimely mechanical incidents but that race was great for the second half of the distance whereas PR was full on griping watching throughout.
