Paul Seixas: Tour de France Winner 2031

The next great hope for the French.
Yes, another climber (they have had plenty of those) but this boy can also Time Trial.
Currently 18 years-old and at 1.85m / 6.0 feet tall; 61 kilos / 134lbs he has the physical attributes to be a top all-rounder.
Won the Junior World ITT title in 2024, the same season he won GC's and King of the Mountains jerseys in multiple stage races.
He is already gifting teammates stages (2025 Tour of the Alps) because he is going win so many races in his career.

His performance in the first three months of his professional career is the best performance ever achieved by a junior who has moved directly to the professional ranks. I would even rate his performance higher than the first month of Evenepoel, who had his first real breakthrough results in June and especially later in August in his first pro season.

So yeah, very promising. Question is of course how much he can and will still improve. But right now, definitely a man who could achieve the biggest victories in the future.

I still can't read his name correctly, every single time I see his name I read "Raul Seixas" rather than "Paul", and he's going to need to win something huge for me to be able to overcome that.

In Brazil, shouting "toca Raul!" at bands to demand some Raul Seixas covers is the equivalent of the "Freebird!" catcall, at one point being so prevalent that Bruce Springsteen of all people opened a set at Rock in Rio with a version of Seixas' "Sociedade Alternativa" to pop the crowd and ward off the "toca Raul!" calls between songs.
