Forgot all his racing since 2013 before TOS till 2015 TOC because of some canondale experiment.I know he didn't win big classic before that but hopefully after some changes on his bike positioning(again some saxo experiment which didn't work well)and put some weight on and back to his old bike position he should do well.Hm and if not then he should stop thinking about classic and just hunt for more green jerseys and second places on tdf.
Actually if he will have this shape in spring distance 200+K is not his biggest problem but his tactics or rather say bluffing which he really can do it and specially if he has good day and good form.He should learn from Cancellara(his last three years) or this tdf(Purito and his won stage).

Holy cow 30.000 euros for one appearance. Thats thrice what Stybar gets for a cx race where there are much more fans who all pay.

I had absolutely no idea it was that much. You could still make a good living off appearances fees! The fees have gone down compared to average rider's salary rather than average wage in general.

Their best interaction at that Tour was Sagan being his typical obnoxious self, approaching Froome with a "hellooo Frooomeeey", and Froome shutting him down real quick with a "What happened man, you didn't win the stage?". Was quite hilarious.

Back in 2011 I read an interview with the organizer of one of those races, and he said it was a shame because they would have liked Contador at the start but he asked 100,000€ but he asks 15,000€ now. I imagine Froome as the TDF winner will ask around 50,000€ if Sagan gets 30,000€. That's a lot of money.

I thought Sagan's machine gun gesture with that trophy was a bit risky, given what happened in Paris not too long ago, but I'm glad people saw the funny side of it.

Sagan to ride the Vuelta. I doubt it is a wise decision.
Why? He can certainly get one or two sages in the first two weeks and then abandon to get a perfect shape for the world championships. He wouldnt be the first person who does that.

Because the WC are in the US it would have made more sense for me to do Alberta and the two Canadian classics. Doing so he spend more time across the ocean because of jetlag.
