Gesink winning the time-trial would have been quite a stunt. Wouldn't have minded loosing points over that.

But stage 13 is coming on fast, so maybe that will shake things up a bit.
At least, we can always hope....

One more thing though.
I just noticed that the opening message still says the following:

Selections are to be sent (via private message to El Imbatido) while adhering to the following format:
- riders: ( Rider 1, Rider 2, Rider 3, Rider 4, Rider 5 )

Shouldn't that be changed back into Merckx?
Not that we all know anyway, or that El Imbatido won't forward any messages he receives, but just to prefend any confusion?

Final Vuelta Standings have been updated. At first 180mmcrank built a gigantic lead (by correctly predicting the winners of stages 13 and 21). However, smart classifications picks by Titan_90 and El Imbatido have brought them right back into the fray!

With only the world championships, Paris tours and the Giro di Lombardia remaining, the title is still very much up for grabs.

Reminder to all: the next event is the worlds road race, next sunday. Start thinking about your picks. Would be nice if everyone sent some.
