Litterarelly or figure skatingly?
With BlueRoads no longer active on the forum, we may be in need of a new figure skating expert though, but shot put is of course your true passion.
Because every cycling forum with respect for itself must have a ... figure skating expert...
Despite their dominance at speed skating the Netherlands never had any notable success at figure skating. Except for Dianne de Leeuw in the 70s!

It's to distract people from all the to-ing and fro-ing of the top guys to altitude. Of course that and the hot topics in figure skating!
Any who ... we've had our GC stage now it's time for another sprint stage. Saturday's stage 7 is from Cesme to Izmir, 125.4 km, start at 10.35 CET and TV from 11.30 CET
Finish is flater then flat so will Cav finally get his win here? There was a similar stage in 2022 and Philipsen won a bunch sprint. Apart from doing a 180 around a roundabout with 1.5 km to go, it looks pretty straightforward.

IF I can say it here.... The only reason to watch figure skating (and only for a short look) is to see the young ladies skating backwards and their little skirt flipping up.
Lund Andersen is in superb shape. DSM dominating this race.

Andresen & DSM win again! It's been a good week for them. Cav got a mechincal it seemed but would he have won ....? Kudus went down in the crash, but it's within the last 3 km.

If anyone had told me before the start of the race, that the rider leaving with the most stage wins would be Tobias Lund, I'd have asked them what they'd been drinking!
Well, with five stage wins out of seven and the GC lead, that's hardly an overstatement.
Jakobsen needs to up his positioning game for the Giro, because Lund has now proven that if Jakobsen can't stick to his wheel he'll just take the win himself
