No one doing a Bettini and getting a tow from the team car during the first phase?

Benoot telling Greg to ease up? No other country has helped Belgium so far.

No one knows what to do while Greg was back with the team car. He still hasn't returned to the front.

I just realized I rarely see the early portions of a long race because it’s been awhile since I’ve seen riders still eating solid food (before they switch to gels)! ;)

isnt there a 12 min time limit ?
From the peloton, not from the break. So the only danger is getting lapped.

EDIT: But the circuit is so late (after Mount Fuji) that getting lapped is not going to happen.
Finishing time limits
Any rider who has been dropped and is 12 minutes behind the main peloton will be withdrawn at the feed zones or on course by the broom wagon commissaire as required.

Is there an uninterrupted stream anywhere? Our allegedly "uninterrupted" Australian stream keeps going to the rowing, Tae Kwon do and lengthy ad breaks

the NBC stream seems to have something like only 2-3 minutes of commercials per hour

Is anyone watching on ES player version without adds? Do you hear EN commentators?

Not sure y none of the major teams got a rider in the break? Would take them off the hook from doing anything until the break got caught.
