I guess Asgreen is at +21"?GC:
Wellens
Lampaert +17"
Stuyven +19" (?)
Vermeersch +19"
Wright +25"
Hirschi +28"
Zingle +35"
That only means that the 3 km rule applies. The 3 second rule only applies if the organisers have determined in advance that it will, and only applies to the biggest group at the finish. It's not a categorised uphill finish.

Well De Lie emptying himself was useless
So are they still discussing whether or not there were gaps? This is an impressively long wait for the full results...
De Lie could have won the stage. Vermeersch took a whopping 6 seconds on Stuyven, the man he needed to overtake to get on the podium, and that's with Stuyven getting gapped by five riders who were also in the peloton in the sprint up the Vesten, and could very much still fall off the podium with all the bonus seconds still on offer. They got Vermeersch on the podium. Their tactics were spot on, it was the best they could get.
Plans are to be judged from the perspective of those who make them. You can't act on the road based on information available after the finish-line.
And the GC was the more important target in yesterday's stage.
De Lie was doing the lion's share of the work in a group full of riders right up there in the GC fight, including 2 UAE guys when Wellens was the virtual race leader. It was questionable without the benefit of hindsight as well.Plans are to be judged from the perspective of those who make them.
