He's like the French Pinot. This is Romain at his best level since 2016. Very happy to see him climbing so well
It's a long, hard race and he knows it. That MvP had difficulty responding says it all.I was quite disappointed when he dropped relatively early but he paced himself really good.
I’ll just give him one hat, but agreed. I think he’s suggested that this could be his last year, too.I love Romain Bardet a class act and a class human being. Chapeaux!
He's a great rider, a real fighter and a thinker, who can stop racing when one needs help in the woods. Two hats.I’ll just give him one hat, but agreed. I think he’s suggested that this could be his last year, too.
He’s very thoughtful and seems really grounded in every interview I’ve read with him. He’s also got nothing but good things to say about DSM, which appears to make him an outlier. He's a great rider, a real fighter and a thinker, who can stop racing when one needs help in the woods. Two hats.
That's a great plan. He's one of my favorite riders and a really thoughtful guy. Should have won more races, though! One last go at the Tour, and retire (from Road) after the Dauphine next year
